Charles B. Dillehay, MBA, CAE, founder and principal of the firm, has truly distinguished himself over his nearly 20-year career in the association and event management profession. He has served professional and trade organizations with membership of up to 8,000 on both a national and international basis and today serves some of the most successful state and national associations in the country.

A graduate of the University of Notre Dame's Institute for Organization Management, he additionally earned a master's of business administration degree with an emphasis in marketing.

Dillehay has earned the American Society of Association Executives' highest honor – the Certified Association Executive designation, which is earned by less than five percent of his colleagues. This designation is a result of his high level of competence and skill in organizational management and the successful completion of a rigorous and comprehensive examination, along with documented professional, educational and community service achievements. Re-certifying every three years, the CAE designation distinguishes Dillehay in the top of the field.

Dillehay was honored with the Georgia Society of Association Executives' Presidential Award in 1999 and is actively involved in the community by serving his local church, leading his son's Boy Scout programs and more.

As a professional event planner, Carol has completed the Conference and Meeting Management Program at the University of Georgia. She brings passion and focus to each project and oversees the support staff that coordinates memberships, conference registrations, exhibits and sponsorships, marketing and conference logistics for each of our clients. She earned her masters in business administration from Shorter University in Rome, GA. Carol is involved locally with the PTA, March of Dimes and Girl Scouts.

Lynne Awtry, Conference & Membership CoordinatorLynne Awtry, Manager of Exhibits & Member Relations

Lynne works diligently to maintain good communications with association members and to promote the success of each conference. She is responsible for the processing of memberships and conference registrations and also handles exhibit sales and conference coordination. Lynne graduated with a degree in business administration from Kennesaw State University in 1985. Currently, Lynne is an active member with the PTSA, the East Side Baseball Association, and the Walton Raider Jr. Football Club.

Natasha Edwards, Marketing & Special Projects CoordinatorNatasha Colledge, Manager of Marketing & Special Projects

Natasha graduated in 2009 from Kennesaw State University with a bachelor of business administration degree in marketing and brings to us prior experience in social media and communications. Her ambition and organizational skills allow her to manage multiple projects while still focusing on the details. In addition to providing primary marketing support, she assists with conference coordination and special projects. When not in the office, Natasha can be found spending time with her family, friends and two dogs.
